Dear Merchant,

The Colton Pony Baseball League is a non-profit organization serving youth age 4 through 18. The league exists to inspire and promote the youth in our community to practice ideals of physical health, citizenship and character, also to bring our youth together through common interest of sportsmanship, fair play, and fellowship.

On behalf of the League and the Executive Board, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in supporting the Colton Pony Baseball League, through a tex-deductible sponsorship or donation. Many local businesses find this as an excellent way to advertise to the community.

A sponsoring business will receive recognition for generous donation in the following manner:

1. Sponsor appreciation gift for display at your place of business.
2. Your business's name printed on a sign or banner to be displayed at every game and on the Colton Pony website.
3. A donation receipt to be used for income tax purpose.

We are seeking Merchant Donation of $250.00 minimum that will be used for the betterment of our league and the benefit of our community's youth.
